The best place to go for a chill evening of great food and good local music. The food is awesome. The service is slow, but it just is becuase of the chill environment. I come here everytime I'm on Kauai. Cody in the kitchen is a hottie :) They do a really great job.

I am a food critic who is very difficult to please and I have eaten at pretty much every restaurant at Kauai and other islands. This is easily the best place you can go to regardless of the price you pay. By the way, this place is not that expensive compared to some other moderate place you'll happen to visit. The ambience might not be what everybody likes but the food is absolutely heavenly. A must have is he Charmoula Ahi and the Hibiscus Cooler. The Charmoula is the way Ahi should be prepared and served. Simply delilcious..... This place has other good stuff such as Penne d'Alba and the absolutely yummy Potstickers.... but its crowning glory is the Ahi :-) You will be missing a lot if you visit Kauai and dont go to this place.

This place is my (and my husband's) favorite restaurant on the island. The food is organic, healthy (seemingly), and SOOO good!! It is hard to explain how good it is, but their chefs are just amazing. There are vegetarian as well as meat (even pork) selections - pretty much something for everybody. The cuisine is very creative, and there is a worldliness about it. It is somewhat expensive, though quite worth it. Also, the service is verrrryyy laid-back. You might think they have forgotten you, but they haven't. They are just extremely relaxed. Don't go if you are in a hurry, but DO check it out!
